    Welcome to the Orange Empire Regional Group's web site.  We are part of the Horseless Carriage Club of America which is dedicated to the restoration and preservation of automobiles built from 1898 through 1915.  Owning a antique automobile is not a requirement for membership in our club.  Anyone with an interest in the early automobile is welcome to join us and participate in our club activities.
